For vendors to purchase a new sponsorship for a sales organization. Be sure to have the 10-digit ID for the sales organization you wish to sponsor. Once a new sponsorship has been purchased, an email will separately go out to both the vendor and the sales organization confirming the new sponsorship.

If the 10-digit ID was entered incorrectly and Transaction LLC is unable to align your sponsorship with the correct sales organization, you will be contacted via email from the email address below. If we are unable to resolve which sales organization you intended to sponsor within 15 business days, your sponsorship funds will be refunded to the same payment method used and the subscription will be canceled.

For existing Vendors to update payment information and cancel existing sponsorships

Sponsorship Policies

• Sponsorship funds are non-refundable.
• Vendor may return to the Payment Portal at any time to cancel future sponsor payments, or update payment information to ensure continued sponsorship.
• The sales organization determines what method of lead generation is to be utilized with sponsorship funds.
• Leads generated through vendor sponsorship are considered property of the sales organization.
• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act’s (TCPA) one-to-one consent rule requires that callers obtain prior express written consent (PEWC) from consumers for each seller they wish to contact. Transaction LLC supports lead generation which collect such consent. This consent for the sales organization to contact a caller lead does not extend the consent to the sponsoring vendor.
• If, upon purchase of a new Vendor Sponsorship, Transaction LLC is unable to correctly determine the sales organization which a vendor intended to sponsor, Transaction LLC will email the vendor to request an updated ID for the sales organization. If Transaction LLC is unable to resolve which sales organization is the intended recipient of the sponsorship within 15 business days, the sponsorship funds will be refunded to the same payment method used and the subscription will be canceled.
• Transaction LLC obtains a list of vendors from our sales organization clients, to ensure and expedite the process of aligning sponsorship funds from a vendor with the correct sales organization.
